Dr. Vladimir Bukvič holds a PhD in economics and business sciences, a Master’s degree in business-organisational sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in economics (all three degrees from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana), is a certified corporate financier (licensed by the Slovenian Institute of Auditors) and a certified management accountant (licensed by the Institute of Management Accounting, Ljubljana).For 17 years, he was the CFO of a large Slovenian company in the automotive industry. He is a habilitated senior lecturer specifically in economics and finance at GEA College, senior lecturer at the VŠR College of Accounting and Finance, and at the ERUDIO Higher Education Centre (all three in Ljubljana). He is a director of the consulting firm MILIEU d.o.o. He is a management consultant (CEGOS Paris licence), an entrepreneurship consultant (Ministry of Economy licence), a leading assessor for business excellence (Ministry of Economic Development and Technology licence and ECAT certificate for the EFQM model), a senior researcher, and the author of numerous scientific and professional articles. Vladimir Bukvič is the Secretary General of the Entrepreneurs Club ZLATOROG Celje.
