Mag. Gorazd Praprotnik has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a lecturer at several universities and colleges in various fields of computer science and information technology (computer networks and communications, information security, multimedia, digital forensics). Since 1985 he has been working professionally in programming, mainly in the field of accounting and financial software. In 2005, he founded the “Inštitut za plačne sisteme, Javni zavod” (“Institute for Payroll Systems, Public Institution”), where he was involved in training and consultancy in the field of public payroll.
