Mag. Igor Manohin is a Master of Economics, a Bachelor of Economics (in Business Finance), and a proven business valuator. He is an experienced professional with more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of business finance, controlling and accounting. At the beginning of his professional career, he worked as a consultant mainly in the field of corporate finance, then in the private healthcare sector he managed corporate finance and accounting, and in recent years has been in charge of the area of business controlling in various companies, taking advantage of the long-standing experience gained in the field of financial analysis and business analysis in general. He has been involved in a number of projects, in particular in the field of strategic management and financial consulting, preparation of development, investment and business plans. He has produced numerous analyses of the financial situation of companies, credit rating opinions, assessments of the optimal financing structure, expert opinions in the field of finance, etc. He is a lecturer at various seminars and a habilitated lecturer at the VŠR College of Accounting and Finance in Ljubljana.
