Dr. Zlatan Dežman holds a PhD in Law, and is an Associate Professor of Law and a recognised expert in criminal law. He is currently employed at the District Court in Maribor and occasionally lectures on criminal law and substantive law at several faculties. He is the author of several monographs and professional articles on criminal procedural and substantive law.
