Dr. Uroš Pinterič, Slovenian political scientist.
He studied political science at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, where he graduated in 2003 and received his PhD in 2007.
He has previously worked at Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic), the University of St Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (Slovakia) and the University of Trnava (Slovakia).
Since 2002, he has (co-)authored more than 200 scientific works (articles, monographs, chapters, etc.), lectured abroad and mentored PhDs, MAs and BAs.
Between 2008 and 2010, he was the project leader of the research project “The role of inter-municipal cooperation in making municipal investment activities more effective”.
In 2017-2020, he was Jean Monnet Chair at the Faculty of Organisational Studies in Novo mesto .
In the period 2023-2026, he is, among other things, the Jean Monnet Chair at the Alexander Dubček University in Trenčín, Slovakia.
Uroš Pinterič is a member of the Editorial Board for Humanities and Social Sciences at Cambridge Scholars Publishing.
