Dr. Aleksij Mužina holds a PhD in Laws and is an Assistant Professor of Law. He works as a lawyer and manages a law firm, but is also involved in teaching and research. Recently, he has published, either alone or with colleagues, expert discussions and commentaries on the topics of public company governance after the enactment of the Slovenian law ZUKN, consumer protection, public-private partnerships, legal protection before the EU Court of Justice and others. In addition to his extensive bibliography (cobiss.si: Mužina Aleksij, 28042, 301 works; mainly in the field of public procurement, concessions and other areas of public finance), he is a frequent participant in various conferences in Slovenia and abroad. Since 2013, he has been a member of the permanent arbitration panel at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and an examiner for the state examinations for lawyers.
