At the University of Applied Sciences RRIF in Zagreb, on November 28 and 29, 2024, the final meeting of the partners of the Simulation of Sustainable International Business – SOS IB project, conducted as part of the Erasmus+ program, was held.

During the two-day gathering, the partners reviewed the key aspects of our innovative project and reflected on the achievements accomplished over the three years of collaboration. The project’s highlights include the development of a digital platform for simulation-based learning, the creation of simulation cases, and the design of a mobile game. These tools provide users with an opportunity to gain deeper insights into sustainable business practices in an international environment through practical examples. The project consortium also developed a small-scale study about the impact of e-learning on the inetrnationalisation in smaller higher education institutions, which was performed throughout the duration of the project by observing the impact the developemnt of the platform and simulation cases on lecturers, students and institutions involved.

Representatives from all partner institutions expressed their satisfaction with their participation in the project, the knowledge and skills they gained, and the potential of the developed solutions for future application.

In addition to the work sessions, participants took the opportunity to enjoy the magic of Advent in Zagreb, where they concluded the project in a pleasant and festive atmosphere. The meeting ended with agreements to continue collaboration, both in utilizing the project results and tackling new joint challenges in various fields.
